Christ the King over Ballykeel

You thinking of buying one of the new houses next door to the Church here? We hope so! Ballykeel is a great place to live. The people are fantastic and there’s great access to country, town, amenities, schools and the north coast. But more than that, God is at work in our community. As we celebrate the coming of His Kingdom this spring, we want to see lives changed by Christ as He rules over us.

For us this means: preaching the Gospel of saving grace, exploring the Bible, loving one another, prayer,  baptism, fellowship around the Communion table, praise and worship. It also means good mental health, loving our community, sport, seeking the good of the area, supporting families and addressing issues of social concern.

There’s much to do. Pray for us, join  with us and experience God’s Spirit working through His people.

Thanks for visiting our site.

Keel Club

Our Keel Club for primary school age children runs term time on Monday nights between 645-745pm. It’s a fun, fast paced mix of games, Bible stories and quiz time. All our leaders are child protection trained and love having fun with the kids.

Matthew in the morning

In 2019 we look at Matthew’s Gospel. Richard Lovelace said in his Dynamics of Spiritual Life that one of the keys to renewal and revival was to get a congregation to live under the Lordship of Jesus Christ as Messiah. Matthew’s Gospel helps us to do that.  So our mornings will be taken up with this New Testament book.

In the evening we will start looking at the Old Testament book of Leviticus, asking what does it mean to come close to God with all of our life?

Small groups

We have lots of choice for small groups through the week: mens, women, mixed, young adults, new to the faith, day time, night time, fortnightly, monthly. Pick the group that suits your time and will help you grow deeper in the Christian faith. Contact Rob or Martin for more details.
